Changes to Family Funded Care

The government have recently announced changes to Funded Family Care.  A raft of changes which include pay rates for carers from minimum wage to a maximum of $25.50 per house, for carers with a family member or spouse that has high needs due to disability, health conditions, mental health, addition or old age.

The changes will come in to effect in 2020 after going through a Select Committee process.
