If you have an impairment which is likely to last for longer than 6-months and you find managing daily tasks difficult you may be eligible for Government funded equipment, vehicle or housing modifications. A needs assessment will determine your eligibility.
Enabling Good Lives (EGL) is a new approach to supporting disabled people that offers greater choice and control over the supports you receive so you can plan for the lives you want.
