Steve will do his best to wake you up with a session about the importance of rest and sleep in thriving with a neurological condition.

Aspire is proud to partner with Thrive Aotearoa Charitable Trust (TACT) and Step Ahead to present the 2026 Thrive Speaker Series.
Thrive is a community built by and for people living with acquired neurological conditions, all focused on one thing: living your best life, in your place and at your pace.
Thrive is grounded by the five pillars of Move, Rest, Chat, Mood and Food, which support the “roof” of Mental Health. Thrive focuses on practical ways to rebuild confidence, reconnect with others and put your mental health back at the centre of everyday life.
The fourth installment of our Thrive Speaker Series focuses on Rest
